French Crepe

Flour  1 cup,   Caster sugar  1 tbsp.,  salt 1/8 tsp.   Milk  1 cup,   2 eggs,  oil or melted butter  1 tbsp. ,  Custard powder 3 tsp. (optional)
Make  5 pieces

1)  Sift flour in a bowl, mix well with all  other ingredients until they become a smooth batter.Put aside for 10 minutes.
2)  Pre -heat Crepe maker, wipe it lightly with oil , put 2 ladles of batter in.
