Apple Brownies 蘋果/香蕉軟疍糕 Apple banana brownies


Ingredients
1/2  cup butter, melted ,about  50g
1/2  cup brown sugar or raw sugar
1 egg
2 big apples-peeled,cored and thinly sliced
1/2 cup  chopped walnuts
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. Salt,  1/2 tsp. baking powder,  1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp.ground cinnamon

1.  Preheat oven to 175*C.  Grease a. 11 x7 inch baking dish
2.  Sift together the flour, salt,baking powder,baking soda and cinnamon
3.  In a large bowl, beat together the melted butter and sugar,and than the egg ,until fluffy.Fold in the apples and walnuts. Stir the flour mixture into the wet mixture until just blended.Spread the batter evenly in the baking dish
4.  Bake about 30 minutes in the oven,or until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean

這個蛋糕做法簡單丶快捷,不需要打蛋糕機器,而且健康。朋友來家茶聚,小時間便可做出一個熱騰騰的疍糕共享!

把麵粉丶鹽丶發粉、食用梳打粉和玉桂粉拌勻。用一個大的mixing blow 放入牛油和糖攪拌,再加入疍,打至略帶白色的漿狀,把蘋果和合桃碎加入搞拌。然後拌入乾粉類,用混合棒攪拌即可。把漿料均勻倒入已塗油的 11x7 吋焗盤。放入已預熱175*C 的焗爐,焗約30 分鐘。或用竹簽插入餅中不沾濕粉即可。

我再做了一個,加了一隻大的香蕉,把糖減少到 1/3 杯,多加了 1 tbsp. 的麵粉。

I made another one today. I added  a big banana (sliced)  and 1 tbsp. flour more into the batter.
