菓仁菓脯糖
黒,白芝麻 100g, 各種菓仁(腰果,花生,合桃,瓜子,開心果),杏脯乾 80g,杞子 30g 芝麻和菓仁都需要做前用乾鑊,小火炒熟,吃起來才有香味 清水75g+冰糖50g+麥芽糖100g,煮至溶化,濃稠, 挑起掛鏟,關火,立即加入乾材料撈勻,倒入小方盤中壓實,稍涼後即切小塊。
