豆漿
黃豆60g,洗淨,用水浸一天。浸泡後的黃豆約200g。把黃豆放入攪磨機內,加入水2 1/2 杯同攪碎,用很密的隔篩隔去豆渣。隔好的豆漿應調加至500g便可成為做豆腐花的濃郁豆漿。如果是飲用的豆漿再多加些水,放窩中煲滾便可。
